Miller Family Album, Early 20th Century
This photo is of the William J Miller and Sallie Viola Rogers Miller children taken in 1903.
From Left to right Roy standing , Locke seated, Mamie standing and Lois.
I noticed that the boys all seemed to wear dresses in those days, Locke would have been three. The Miller family lived near the Qualla Boundary at that time.
The next photo was taken in about 1916 or 1917
From left to right Hubert, Locke, Will Miller holding little Bill, with Lois in the back and Kenneth on the end.
The photo below is of Lois and Locke..Locke Craig was born in 1900 so this photo probably dates from 1901
