"Building Bone Vitality: A Revolutionary Plan to Prevent Bone Loss and Reverse Osteoporosis," a new book by Amy Lanou, UNC Asheville assistant professor of health and wellness, has been getting a lot of attention. In fact, on November 24, it landed in the widely respected Jane Brody health column in the New York Times. The article was one of the most emailed stories in the Times that day.
