I thought we all should've attended naked but nobody backed me up.  Hope we can see you soon--Ruth's schedule is a killer and I've just about become a hermit up here in my holler.  I hardly go anywhere.  I do bathe on occasion.

Cannot wait for the slingshot to hurl me back toward happiness. Criminy, between Mercury and Mars, things will be fine for about ten minutes before Mercury goes retro again. Sorry, I'll stop being a wet blanket now. Charles seems pretty chirpy, though.

Ruth's fine.  She's a caregiver consultant for Project CARE out of Park Ridge Health in Fletcher.  She works with folks whose loved ones have dementia.  She serves six WNC counties and stays on the go while I sit home and peck at the computer slowly becoming more and more obscure despite my best efforts.  I did write an afterword for Brian Knopp's collaborative novel Naked Came the Leaf Peeper, which some folks thought was amusing.

I am in a pout this morning and don't really know why. Except that I am usually predisposed to growls, pouts, funks and ennui at best during Mercury's retrograde. When does this end, oh, when will it ever end? Am willing to kick up some dust to liven things up around here.
