For several years, a number of us on Hilton Head would go out to Lake Powell for two weeks, rent a Del Web houseboat and cruise the lake. An amazing place, Lake Powell - this glacial jewell set in a thousand square miles of desert. I remember the Anastazi petroglyps and great striper fishing. The only mysteries I read are Tony Hillerman's, and after my visits to Lake Powell, I could really visualize his Four Corners Navajo Reservation.
