Local author and editor Susan Snowden will discuss common mistakes first-time authors make, scams to avoid, how to get an agent, and more. Snowden has edited books for publishers and authors since 1985. Her novel Southern Fried Lies was published by Archer Hill, and her work has appeared in over 40 literary journals and anthologies.
