Matthew Hughey, assistant professor of sociology at Mississippi State University, will read from and sign his book White Bound: Nationalists, Antiracists, and the Shared Meanings of Race. Matthew Hughey is co-editor of The Obamas and a Post Racial America? and 12 Angry Men: True Stories of Being a Black Man in America Today. His is a frequent voice in national media, including NPR, ABC News, The Huffington Post, and The New York Times.
