Event Description
On March 27, Neal Hutcheson and Gary Carden will be at Malaprops to discuss two films: "The Outlaw, Redmond" and "The Prince of Dark Corners." Both films are the result of a project that combined the talents of a filmmaker (Neal Hutcheson) and a storyteller/dramatist (Gary Carden). Both films have been on UNC-TV and ETV. The discussion will undoubtedly be lively since it involves moonshine (Popcorn Sutton), outlaws (Lewis Redmond) and the consequences of productions in the outlaw's "stomping grounds."
