Malaprop's is honored to once again welcome award-winning (and store favorite!) fantasy artist and comic-book illustrator Charles Vess as he discusses his work for Neil Gaiman's new children's book, The Blueberry Girl. Vess will present a slide show depicting the process of transforming Gaiman’s 19-line poem into a beautiful picture book. Vess has also provided the illustrations for numerous books and story collections, and has collaborated with noted authors Gaiman and Charles de Lint. In addition, his artwork has appeared in numerous galleries and shows.
